A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book any of our courses. Please give us a call to make a reservation, place a deposit, and to check on course availability.
2 weeks notice should ensure you get the date you'd like. We will do our best to work in last minute reservations.
Deposits:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve an instructor/course. Payment can be made with a credit card over the phone (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You must provide 14 days advance notice of cancellation, less than 14 days and you deposit is non-transferrable.
Should you need to reschedule and you do so more than 14 days in advance of your trip, you may transfer that deposit to another date within 6 months of your original trip date, or within the same calendar year, whichever occurs first.
The deposit is not transferrable to another person.
Please call as soon as possible to notify us of a cancellation or a change in the head count total.
There will be no refunds once a course is half over, even in the event of bad weather. We will do our best to work with you.
Other Rules: For your safety and that of your party NO Spectators will be allowed to accompany climbing trips. Thank you for your understanding.
