Once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation and a reminder email. You arrive on the designated day and have an awesome day of climbing with your very own personal climbing instructor.

CONFIRMATION
 

Upon making a reservation you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will contain all the information on when and where to meet, your guide's contact info, as well as what to bring. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
 

All participants must thoroughly read and sign our Acknowledgement of Risk form. If you are bringing a minor child that is not your own, you must arrange for this form to be read and signed by a parent or legal guardian of the minor child before you arrive. Please call us if you have questions regarding this requirement.

TRANSPORTATION
 

We do not provide transportation to, from or during any of the course locations. You will follow your instructor in your own vehicle to the climbing area. Average drive times range from 15 to 30 minutes on paved roads. Any passenger car can easily travel to the crags in the New River Gorge area.

 

BILLING, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Full payment is due at time of booking to reserve an instructor/course. Once payment is received you will be sent a confirmation email with the details of your trip.
  • Full payment is due at time of booking to reserve an instructor or space on a course. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and are subject to the following fees:

  • If you cancel your trip more than 30 days in advance, your payment is refundable less a $50 processing fee. 

  • If you cancel 14-30 in advance, you will refunded 50% of your payment.

  • If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, or fail to appear, you will be charged the full amount of the trip. 

  • There will be no refunds once a course is half over.

 

NPS RULES
 
We are permitted by the National Park Service and must adhere to strict guide to client ratios and group size limitations. These rule were implemented to reduce environmental impacts within the park and for your personal safety. Therefore, we cannot allow spectators to accompany climbing trips. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
