SKILL LEVEL:

All level rock climbers and yoga practitioners of any level. We will meet you where you are on the yoga mat from beginners to experienced yogis. The climbing is suitable for anyone including those with no previous climbing experience. We will teach you everything you need to know!

PRE-REQUISITES:

Ability to hike on uneven ground with 15-20 pounds for up to 30 minutes.

MEET YOUR RETREAT HOSTS MATTHEW & NINA:
Both Nina and Matthew are Yoga Alliance certified instructors. Matthew (RYT-200) has been teaching yoga since 2015 and guiding with NRMG since 2022. He has a passion for exploring the intersection between yoga and climbing, from the mental to the physical, and the level of presence that both pursuits require. Matthew has also been working and leading transformative & healing retreats since 2021, and loves to guide others through their edges of growth and expansion.

Nina’s passion for rock climbing started a decade ago and has led her to pursue coaching, guiding and instructing for the last 8 years. Recently, Nina completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching since. Nina loves all things movement and uses her background in coaching and teaching to help others explore pathways to become stronger, more mentally resilient climbers.
